Custom products are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun or the item has been delivered.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the eligible item you have (if applicable). Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Please note: exchanges are not available for custom products.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

This right does not apply to custom or personalized items once production has begun.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
