Can I send my own photo or design for a custom magnet?
Yes! Simply upload your photo directly on the product listing page before adding it to your cart. For the best print quality, we recommend using an original, unedited image (avoid screenshots or images pulled from social media, as these tend to lose resolution). If we notice any quality concerns with your uploaded image, we'll reach out with advice or make small edits to help it translate well to print.
What's your current processing time before an order ships?
Orders are made and shipped within 1–2 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
What are your magnets made of, and how do I care for them?
We offer two styles of handmade magnets:
- Pressed Magnets: Made with a metal shell, your image, a clear protective film, and an acrylic backing, sealed together using a button press for a durable, finished look.
- Flat Magnets: Your image is printed and sealed with a protective laminate, then adhered to a magnetic sheet and trimmed to size.
What if my item arrives damaged, or can I return/exchange my order?
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right. Since our magnets are custom-made with your personal photos, custom and personalized orders are not eligible for return. For non-personalized items, returns must be approved by us before the item is sent back.
Do you offer bulk orders or discounts for multiple items?
Yes! For bulk orders, please submit a query through our website or reach out via email. Please note our minimum bulk order quantity is 50 items.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item is handmade with care by the two of us based right here in Arizona.
